River Island – custom shop lighting for British fashion worlds
For River Island, one of the most well-known British fashion chains, alurays, together with British lighting specialist Prolight Design, realized individual shop lighting for UK locations. The jointly developed lighting concept combines an effective product presentation with an atmospheric and clearly structured sales room design. Precisely set lighting accents highlight colors, materials and details of the collections, while the general lighting creates a pleasant orientation within the various shop areas. Special lighting solutions for entrances, action areas, accessories and fashion areas underline the independent design of the River Island stores. alurays took over the development and production of the project-specific luminaires as well as their delivery and assembly on site. The close cooperation with Prolight Design enabled a technically reliable implementation, adapted to the architecture, brand appearance and requirements of the British retail trade. The lighting thus not only supports the visual brand identity, but also creates an inviting stage for changing ranges and campaigns.
