Future-oriented LED conversion: Alurays modernizes Allianz Headquarters
The lighting specialist Alurays lighting technology GmbH has successfully converted parts of the lighting system of the Allianz Hauptverwaltung in Munich-Unterföhring to state-of-the-art LED technology. In the course of the demanding renovation project, the outdoor lighting, the interior lighting as well as the emergency and safety lighting were freed and sustainably modernized from old conventional illuminants.
With the use of customized LED systems from Alurays, the insurance company now benefits from a drastic reduction in energy costs and CO2 emissions. At the same time, the maintenance intensity of the entire system was minimized thanks to the extremely durable Alurays components.
The new emergency and safety lighting also meets the highest technological standards for reliable building operation.
With this major project, Alurays demonstrates its expertise in the field of energy-efficient refuelling of existing buildings. The successful modernization impressively demonstrates how sophisticated architectural lighting and ecological sustainability can be perfectly combined in practice.
